Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade

Succulent California bartlett pear puree and golden clover honey is blended together to create this perfect vinaigrette. Toss into baby greens, prosciutto, thinly sliced asian pear, feta cheese and toasted pine nuts. Blend with mayonnaise for a waldorf salad dressing. Drizzle over grilled sword fish on a bed of arugula. Stuff crepes with goat cheese, candied walnuts, chopped apple and grapes, drizzle with dressing for an elegant lunch dish.
