A burst of upfront heat that gives way to a hint of sweetness and pungency. While typically used for fried chicken, it's also incredible as a rub for grilled chicken. Try as a delicious rub on smoked turkey or tossed over shrimp and grilled. If using as a rub use 1 tbls of per pound of meat.
Ingredients: Cayenne, sea salt, demerara sugar, yellow mustard, garlic, black pepper and domestic paprika.
