Artisanal Strozzapreti

Strozzapreti are a typical pasta format from Romagna or Marche. They are made with carefully selected durum wheat semolina. Ideal to be enjoyed with zucchini and sausage or with sauces and pesto.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water. It contains gluten. Cooking times: 15/18 minutes.
