Green Thai Curry Powder
Green Thai Curry Powder is unique, even in the swell of the oversaturated curry powder market. The flavor of this curry blend is perfectly complementary to sweetness that you would find in something like coconut milk, meaning it can be used to create some more unusual flavor combinations as well.
Perfect for use with shrimp, white fish, or a variety of vegetables. It tastes great with potatoes, corn, carrots, beet greens, rutabaga, radish, onions, asparagus, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, etc. It would be fantastic on chicken, but for stronger tasting meats like beef it is not the best choice.
The flavor of our Green Thai Curry Powder is earthy, peppery, and a little spicy. There is a hint of citrus to it, as well, but this is not a pronounced flavor.
Our Green Thai Curry Powder is hand blended from New Mexico chile, garlic, sea salt, galangal, shallots, coriander, white pepper, cumin, lemongrass, kaffir lime, and soy sauce.
