Jerky Seasoning

You’ll find our Deer Jerky Seasoning gives a bit of a barbecue flavor with just a hint of heat.

Uses:  Beef, buffalo, deer, pork, lamb, or salmon jerky.

We recommend 1 tablespoon per pound as a starting point.

Ingredients:  Sea salt, curing salt (salt, sodium nitrate (6.25%), propoleyne glycol, FD&C Red #3), garlic, onion, black pepper and chipotle.
