Use For:
Cakes, cookies, cupcakes and pie, homemade granola, trail mixes and straight out of the bag as a healthy snack. Sprinkle over your breakfast cereal or top your bean dishes, rice dishes, salads, soups or stews. Can use with fresh berries, fruit salads, ice cream and yogurt. Each ounce of coconut is about 6 tablespoons.
