It's got a gorgeous color, great texture - you can see the cherries - and a wonderful fruity flavor. Some folks use it as a condiment on burgers, like a fancy ketchup. Others use it as a unique marinade for steak tips or as a finishing sauce on salmon, chicken or ribs. And some folks have been known to eat it right out of the bottle with a spoon.
