Wozz! collaborated with Vermont Peanut Butter Company to get the best local all natural peanut butter they could find. Made with USA sourced peanuts it adds a velvety creamy texture to the sauce. The peanut butter is then infused with coconut, chili, 100% lime juice and a medley of southeast Asian spices. The umami of shrimp paste and added turmeric spice contributes to the Cambodian flavor profile.
