Bronze-drawn Penne Rigate Tricolor

Penne are among the most popular pasta shapes. Their name comes from the shape that recalls the nibs of fountain pens. Let's celebrate our Italianness with the Tricolor that makes pasta! They are made with carefully selected durum wheat semolina, bronze drawn and slowly dried. To be enjoyed with aubergine cream, with zucchini or even with peas and bacon.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated tomato (2%), dehydrated spinach (2%), dehydrated chard (0.3%), water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.

Cooking time: 12 minutes.
