Bird Bath Chicken Brine

Brining chicken injects flavor and seasoning in the meat and tenderizes it. So whether you are grilling, pan-searing, frying, roasting or smoking, brine your chicken, and you won't believe how much difference this will make to your chicken.
For a 5-10 pound chicken, you will need approximately 1/2 pound of our Bird Bath Chicken Brine. You begin by adding the chicken brine seasoning to 1 gallon of water and then bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before adding your chicken. The chicken should sit in the brine for 8-12 hours (overnight is fine too). Remove your chicken from the brine (discard the brine), rinse the chicken and pat dry. Then proceed with your normal roasting method.
