Makin’ the Cut Gift Box Set
A great blend of coarse black pepper, roasted minced garlic, onion flakes, shallots, coarse sea salt, oregano, red pepper flakes and ancho flakes.
Rubs are used to add flavor and texture to steaks. Go ahead, be generous with this rub. Use about 2 tablespoons for each pound of steak. Brush the steak with some oil (we recommend a quality olive oil) before applying this rub. Rubs work best when applied in advance. Up to 2-3 days ahead of grill time is ideal.
Hand blended from brown sugar, sea salt, paprika, demerara sugar, grains of paradise, onion, garlic, yellow mustard, chili powder, brown mustard, black pepper, rosemary, marjoram, clove and allspice. This is a flavorful all-purpose pork rub and is more sweet than hot (like all great pork rubs). This 16-ingredient pork rub has won several competitions in both the pork butt and pork rib categories
Hand blended from brown sugar, garlic, sugar, onion, sea salt, paprika, ginger, brown mustard, rosemary, red pepper flakes, yellow mustard and nutmeg. This 12-ingredient blend has a noticeable sweetness in the flavor profile from the brown and white sugar and it doesn’t pack as much heat as our Kickin’ Chicken Rub does. You get just a hint of heat from the red pepper flakes as well as a very subtle heat of both the brown and yellow mustard which also provides pungent undertones.
Pacific Northwest Seafood
Hand blended from roasted garlic, minced onion, domestic paprika, black pepper, dill, celery seed, parsley, sea salt and lemon peel. You’ll pick up the unmistakable flavor of roasted garlic up front with hints of onion, celery and dill. Use this seasoning on just about anything caught from the ocean, lake, river or stream.
